The Picks Ledger — The Numbers Lab

Every pick this section ever publishes, settled in public

Tracking — no picks published for the lottery yet. The ledger stands ready and empty.

No picks have been published. The ledger is empty, and it opened empty on purpose: it exists from the section's first day so that anything ever published here is graded from its first pick, not from a flattering start date.

How scoring works when picks exist: a pick is entered here before the draw it covers, timestamped, under the frozen rule printed beside it. After the official feed posts the result, the pick is settled against it at the game's official prizes. The running lines — picks published, settled, won, total cost, total return, and return per $1 — print here beside the base-rate line: what the same money on randomly chosen combinations would expect (about $0.50 back per $1 in these games, per the math in the Lessons).

The ledger never resets and never drops a pick. A series that stops stays in the ledger, marked stopped.
