How to read this page. FULL means the classic past-performance document: running lines for every horse in the race. ABBREV means an abbreviated product — figure sheets, tip-sheet style reports, or shortened form with fewer lines per horse. Prices appear only where a vendor states them plainly on its own pages; stated prices can change, and the vendors’ pages control.
A listing here is not a guarantee. This page lists sources for past-performance files. It does not promise that a file will process in the member upload. The upload reads only the formats on its verified list, and that list grows as more formats are mapped. The members dashboard shows the list and asks you to confirm it before you upload: Members — upload your own sheet →

HDW (Handicappers Data Warehouse)

Post Time Daily
Products: .PTD2 past-performance data files (data sourced from Equibase), consumed by the free Post Time Daily software, which prints past performances; archive files; full result charts as comma-delimited text files. Format: Data files. Cost: Paid files, free software — current files $1.50/card; archive files $0.75/card; chart files $0.75/card. Document: Data-file equivalent of FULL.
ALL-Ways, MultiCAPS, Neurax, Capsheet and PP Generator are handicapping software programs, not vendors: they consume Brisnet data files and sell no past-performance feed of their own.
Free sources and aggregators
thefreepps.com — aggregator
An aggregator: it produces no files of its own. It curates links to publicly posted Brisnet and Equibase past-performance files — a trainer directory, a sire directory and track programs. Its About page states the data is proprietary to Equibase and Brisnet. Format: PDF (other vendors’ files, linked). Cost: Free. Document: FULL (the linked documents).
Horse Racing Nation
What it offers: Free downloadable Brisnet past performances (printable PDFs) for major races — the Kentucky Derby and Oaks, the Preakness, the Belmont Stakes, the Breeders’ Cup and weekly stakes — courtesy of Brisnet. Format: PDF. Cost: Free. Document: FULL.
DRF free offers
What it offers: Free Formulator Race of the Day past performances daily; free PDF charts for the last seven days; free international past performances courtesy of Sky Racing World — nightly downloads for Australia, France, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Format: PDF. Cost: Free. Document: FULL.
Equibase Pocket PPs
What it offers: Pocket PPs — a free, FanDuel-sponsored simplified past performance in a 4″×9″ pocket format, offered through Equibase entries pages. It shows each horse’s past four races only. Format: PDF. Cost: Free. Document: ABBREV (four lines per horse).
Brisnet’s free international past performances are listed with the Brisnet entry above. Betting sites are a distribution channel, not vendors: TwinSpires gives its bettors Brisnet past performances free for any card they wager on, and individual tracks sometimes post free Brisnet files for their own cards.
International
Proform Racing / RaceMetrics (UK–Ireland)
Products: Proform Premium inside RaceMetrics — a data exporter that builds user-defined files (one row per runner) delivered as downloads or email; the My Card custom racecard prints up to ten runs of form per horse and saves to PDF. Document: Data-file form plus printable form cards — not the US-style past-performance document.
Timeform (UK)
Products: Consumer Race Passes are web and app products; the app can save racecards to the phone for offline use, but no consumer downloadable past-performance file was verified. The downloadable product is commercial: the Timeform API sells premium Timeform content (UK, Irish and Australian content, ten-year archive), prices on application. Format: Data (API), commercial only. Cost: Paid, prices on application.

Standardbred Canada — TrackIT (Canada, harness)
Products: A subscription service with printable Canadian track programs in a multi-line past-performance format; a whole-card program costs three credits. It is a print product generated by a web service rather than a standalone file store. Format: Printable programs. Cost: Paid subscription and credits; a free trial is offered. Document: FULL-style harness program.
Assiniboia Downs (Canada)
Products: The track’s Player Portal offers free programs — the official track program, with past performances. Format: PDF program download. Cost: Free. Document: FULL (track program).
The classic document, in short
The full past-performance document as a download comes from Brisnet, DRF (Classic, Formulator, TimeformUS and Editions), Equibase’s PP Programs, TrackMaster Platinum and Today’s Racing Digest. HDW and Post Time Daily sell the same content as data files that software renders into past performances. Thoro-Graph and the Ragozin Sheets sell figure sheets, which carry no running lines.
Web-only, or unverified for downloads
These were checked during the research behind this page. None had verifiable evidence of a consumer downloadable past-performance file, so they are listed here rather than dropped silently:
- Racing Post (UK–Ireland) — racecards and form are web and app products (Racing Post+ subscriptions) and a print newspaper. No consumer downloadable file found. Unverified for downloads.
- Racing and Sports (Australia) — a form-data provider whose data powers bookmaker web form guides. No Racing and Sports-branded downloadable file found. Unverified for downloads.
- EquinEdge (US) — an Equibase-partnered analytics platform. No downloadable past-performance file found. Unverified for downloads.
- Timeform consumer downloads (UK) — not verified; only the commercial API listed above is a verified downloadable-data product.
- Patternform (UK) — cards are web pages. Web-only.
- Formgrids (South Africa) — a web form-study tool. Web-only.
- USTA Pathway (US harness) — web-only; the verified harness downloads on this page come from TrackMaster and the Equibase store.
- Equibase Race Lens — an interactive web viewer, not a download. Web-only.
Two entries above carry partial verification, as flagged in their sections: the Ragozin Sheets’ delivery file format, and Ratings2Win’s delivery mechanics. Compiled November 4, 2026, from the vendors’ own pages.
